Terms and Conditions

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must provide terms for delivery and returns of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a notice is called a distance contract (Cabinet Regulations).

Distance contract 

In this online store, the seller of the goods offered, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

Delivery and payment procedure

The Buyer places an order for goods on this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to make payment by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail corresponding to the order, or to make an internet banking payment. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

Before making payment, it is the Buyer’s duty to make sure that the information provided is correct.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods by sending the Seller a notice of withdrawal.

The Buyer’s obligation is to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the notice of withdrawal.  

All expenses that will arise in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the goods:

•   have been used;
•   have lost their appearance, are soiled (foundation, deodorant, etc.), or with the label cut off;
•   are damaged;
•   the usage properties have not been preserved;

Section 12, paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia provides that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal". 

The Seller covers the costs of returning defective goods.

The returned shipment will be processed within 2-3 business days from the day of receipt.

Our employees will assess whether the goods have been returned in compliance with the above conditions.
No later than within 10 days, the buyer will be refunded for the goods to the account indicated in the withdrawal form, counting from the moment the goods are received back.

Data processing

By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided by them will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
