Right of withdrawal

We do not offer the option to exchange goods, however The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods by filling in the withdrawal application.

All expenses that will arise in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the goods:

  •   have been used;
  •   have lost their appearance, are soiled (foundation, deodorant, etc.), or with the tag cut off;
  •   are damaged;
  •   have not retained their usable properties;

Part six of Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia provides that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal".

The costs of returning defective goods are covered by the Seller.

The returned shipment will be processed within 2-3 business days from the day of receipt.

Our employees will assess whether the goods have been returned in compliance with the above conditions.
No later than within 10 days, the buyer will be refunded for the goods to the account indicated in the Withdrawal form, counting from the moment the goods are received back.
